I have spent nearly 30 years immersed in the world of IT and training, gaining the experience and qualifications necessary to enable me to provide you with the expertise you are looking for.

My aim is to capture the essence of your business, its culture, your people and your current challenges and, using a collaborative approach combined with open, two-way communication I work with you to achieve your desired outcomes.

Whilst looking at the bigger picture I am able to drill down into the detail of your current situation and deliver the necessary changes to smooth out your IT problems.  The change I bring about is then implemented, one step at a time, making sure your key personnel are fully conversant with the system before I take my leave.
